-Shipping Instruction-

Normal: Since we accept your paid product order, we will send order details to warehouse keeper immediately. The specialized senders for specific area will send your products on the basis of keeper instructions. All the preparation is highly required completed within 2 days. And your ordered products will be arrived within 7-11 days.

Exceptional: If you can't receive your ordered products within after 15 days, please be patient, sometimes the transportation may be delayed by the unpredictable bad weather or local postal strike. We sincerely recommend you to contact us, if the delivery time exceeding 15 days.

Notice:

Our working time 9.00am -6.00pm from Monday to Sunday, we will reply your emails within 24 hours. On days of festivals and holidays, we are still at your service.

We will not arrange the delivery of products from Oct.1 to Oct.7, but customers can still place order at our site. We’ll deliver products from Oct.8.
